After finalizing your purchase agreement, FrontDoor Communities will contact you to schedule your initial design appointment with a professional interior designer. We encourage you to gather samples and photos of your home décor preferences, including colors and furniture styles. This helps our designer understand your personal taste and lifestyle.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new FrontDoor Communities home. To add to the value of your home we have enrolled it in the 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty program. This is a comprehensive program that includes the following warranties:
1-year Workmanship coverage
2-year Systems coverage
10-year Structural coverage
A summary of the warranty program was included as part of your sales contract. A formal copy of the warranty was provided at the time of contract and a warranty certificate will be mailed to you by the 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty Company within 30 days of closing. As an enhancement to the warranty program we have contracted with 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty’s Front Line Service Division to administer warranty requests you may have. If you need to initiate a request for warranty service we ask that you contact a Front Line Service Coordinator directly. This is despite any urge you may have to contact either your Builder or Salesperson, as it will ensure appropriate follow through of your service requests and proper record keeping of the home’s service history.
