SALES MODEL OPENS AT NEW EAST COOPER NEIGHBORHOOD
In its first completed home for house hunters to tour, a newer builder in the Charleston area is evoking the name of an Atlantic island spectacle.
The model dwelling from FrontDoor Communities is the two-story Bermuda. It is in Tributary at RiverTowne Country Club in Mount Pleasant.
Carolina One New Homes is handling sales and marketing in the village off S.C. Highway 41.
“For the discriminating buyer, the Bermuda is a 2,433 square foot, four bedroom home that features an open living room and dining area as well as a large, friendly front porch,” the marketing group says.
Along with three full baths and a powder room, the Bermuda touts a spacious first floor owner’s suite that opens on to a semi-private porch accented by an outdoor fireplace, Carolina One and FrontDoor say.
