FRONTDOOR COMMUNITIES TO HOLD MODEL HOME GRAND OPENING AT ANDALUCIA IN NAPLES
FrontDoor Communities will host a model home grand opening on May 3-4 for Andalucia, a 78-acre neighborhood style residential community in Naples, Fla. Andalucia has already seen tremendous interest as the community nears the half-sold milestone.
“Being able to sell nearly 50 percent of our lots in the last 15 months shows how in demand quality-built family living is in the Naples area,” said Terry Russell, CEO and partner at FrontDoor Communities. “Andalucia offers families the chance to live in a neighborhood setting while still enjoying waterfront living and access to great amenities and schools.”
The grand opening – which takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday – features The Cordoba, a two-story family style home. The Cordoba has a flexible floorplan with up to five bedrooms, three to five bathrooms, a bonus room and options for a media room or study.
Andalucia will include 167 homes at completion. Bordered by natural preserves and wetlands, FrontDoor planned the community to be an intimate setting. The Mediterranean style homes feature contemporary open floorplans, designer-grade amenities and lake views for many.
Andalucia is in the highly sought-after Barron Collier school district. It’s tagline, “Your Life. Centered.” speaks to its central location close to old Naples, the Mercato shopping district and area beaches.
The base price for Cordoba starts in the upper $400,000s. Prices throughout the community start in the high $300,000s. The model home featured during the grand opening will be available for $649,900 for a limited time. FrontDoor teamed up with John R. Wood Properties, one of the oldest and largest real estate brokerages in Florida, to sell the homes.
“We’re excited to have partnered with FrontDoor Communities in this extremely popular area of Florida,” said Patrick Dearborn, realtor with John R. Wood Properties. “We’ve had a great amount of success already and we expect that momentum to continue after the grand opening.”
