FrontDoor Communities Joins Carolina Park Builder Team
Carolina Park has announced the newest addition to its expansive builder team. FrontDoor Communities, headquartered in Atlanta and boasting experience in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Georgia and Florida, is the ninth homebuilder to commit to Carolina Park.
Frontdoor will be building in The Village at Carolina Park, where a stunning collection of homes sit surrounded by natural beauty and provide easy access to the countless features and amenities that have helped to make Carolina Park the Lowcountry’s fastest-growing community.
FrontDoor Communities is an award-winning, top Southeast homebuilder and community developer that consistently strives to exceed customer expectations. Led by a dedicated team with more than 25 years of homebuilding experience, FrontDoor combines thoughtful planning, user-friendly floor plans and a commitment to exceptional value to create homes that stand the test of time.
“FrontDoor is a great fit for Carolina Park,” says Brian Keels, Carolina Park Marketing Director. “We looked closely at the work they’ve done and the communities they’ve helped build, and we know what they bring to the table. Terrific attention to detail, a gift for working closely with homebuyers and a real passion for creating homes that exceed expectations… Those are all characteristics that have formed the foundation of everything we’re doing at Carolina Park.”
“We’re all about livability – creating designs and floor plans that are distinctive, functional and offer a real sense of place,” said Mark Lipsmeyer, FrontDoor Communities Division Vice President of Charleston Operations. “Carolina Park is a well-planned, thoughtfully-executed and livable community. Being here makes perfect sense to us, and we believe it’ll make sense to homebuyers.”
Carolina Park is a 1,700-acre mixed-use community located along Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant. The property incorporates Wando High School as well as Roper Saint Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital and will become home to more than 1,500 families. Nine of the region’s top homebuilders are now onboard, offering new Village homes starting in the $300s and custom homes in the Riverside neighborhood starting in the $500s.
