FrontDoor Communities Wins Silver Award for Goulding at IBS
FrontDoor Communities is excited to announce that it was recently honored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) at “The Nationals” gala during the International Builders Show in Orlando earlier this month. The builder took home a prestigious silver award for the interior merchandising of its sought-after Goulding decorated model home in Roswell, Georgia.
Artfully crafted by the Artisan Design Group, the 3,900-plus square foot model townhome showcases the many options available at Goulding. Priced from the low $700,000s, the community has 13 single-family homes and 27 townhomes with three to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Highlights include wraparound porches, open living areas, two-story family rooms, finished basements, options for elevators and more per plan. Additionally, each compliments the historical architecture found on the original Goulding House, the centerpiece and namesake of the community.
Goulding provides the best of both worlds: the privacy of a suburban sanctuary minutes from Roswell’s social and cultural hub. The community is walking distance to Canton Street and Historic Downtown Roswell, giving residents ample options for shopping, dining and entertainment.
Children residing in Goulding attend Roswell North Elementary School, Crabapple Middle School and Roswell High School.
Now in its 37th year, The Nationals honors imagination and innovation – the best in new home sales, marketing and design. The competition is presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the NAHB, along with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
The Nationals awards ceremony is one of the highlights for the NAHB’s annual International Builders Show, an exposition and conference that routinely attracts more than 125,000 building industry professionals. The Nationals celebration draws more than 1,000 attendees who gather for a black-tie gala.
