FrontDoor Communities Wins Nine Awards at 2017 OBIE AwardsThe highest honor of the evening, however, was Traditions’ designation as a Community of the Year! This new Cumming community is designed to accommodate a variety of buyers that include growing families and empty nesters. The No. 1 consideration in creating the site plan for Traditions was to provide ultimate connectivity throughout the neighborhoods of this master-planned community with plenty of sidewalks, a clubhouse and pool that complement the area’s natural lake views and pocket parks nestled throughout to foster “neighbor” connectivity.

Home designs at Traditions are a well-balanced blend of alley- and front-entry, Craftsman- and farmhouse-style architecture that encourage social interaction between neighbors, while also complementing the charming streetscapes. The community ambiance welcomes families to make their own “new traditions” that seamlessly merge the concept of old and new. Inwood was also heavily recognized at this year’s OBIEs, receiving three gold awards. This community offers a live-work-play lifestyle that effortlessly blends urban and suburban life in a peaceful setting. Residents enjoy low-maintenance living at this mixed-use community with HOA-maintained lawn care, an entrance park, greenspace, a dog park, community parks with seating and plans for a resort-style pool.

As an added bonus, Inwood also offers walkability to the many shopping, dining and entertainment options available at downtown Woodstock, as well as convenient access to the Greenprints Alliance Trail and its miles of walking, hiking and biking trails.
